Monthly & Yearly Archive Guide

The current month is displayed in the active chart. Completed months can be stored as separate archive files, allowing the website to start a new month without erasing prior records.

Year pages collect whatever archived information is available for that year. If no stored data exists, the year page remains functional and displays a clear no-record message instead of a blank page.

This structure is useful for long-term site maintenance because the public homepage stays focused on current information while older material remains accessible.
